Q: I need a local Constitutional lawyer, my corporation non profit condo of 48 units posted this during elections
Any posting of a criticizing or disparaging nature of the building, past and present board members or unit owners will be fined $ 50.00 per occurrence. I was fined 300.00 dollars for this. My Constitutional first Amendment right says, The right to free speech, press, assembly, petition, and religion. I paid 300 dollars. I would like to sue. Can I and who will take the case. Thank You
