Q: Where is there free and unfettered to Tennessee Laws and Case laws for the public?

A: Perhaps at a local law library. My county has two great law libraries, with the electronic databases available for free. I do not know if this is available in your state, but it probably is. If not, find a local law school and speak to the librarians there.
