Q: In Oregon I was sued for liability of an accident on in my store. via arbitration he won since I filed late. and now

now I required to pay lawyer fees. order for default re ORCP69 based on this claim my "friend" had told me to enter a counter claim for $50,000 so I did. separate. how will that effect the trial de novo. and can I cancel before it harms me the counter claim today?
