Has history of drug abuse and has had previous arrest in municipality for theft of phone and credit card reader. Have been to 3 rehab facilities, none more than 6 to 8 weeks, which is why he was asking for a long term facility arrangement from the court. New prosecutor disregarded drug court consultant recommendation, had their own MICA counselor asses him and recommend turning point, which is a short term in-house program similar previous attended Awaiting sentencing.Representation is by a public defendant who has not had any contact with him since Nov of 2014 even though there have been various attempts to contact her. Can't afford to pay for another lawyer or another facility for him.
