My nephew raps/makes music and uses his alias name on internet. Some way authorities want to say that it is gang related and charging him with gang activity. He is 17 he has been in trouble once before for taking another young man cell phone. They are also charging him with prowling because he and some friends where seen walking in an neighborhood they usually don't.
