Q: Options of buyer when contractor deliver defective product
We upgraded kitchen granite with $4200 due to the big gorgeous piece builder has at their design center. ''snow-white Delicatus with black pattern'', then we got the yellow tone delicatus granite that doesn't even look close to the sample. And it come in 2 pieces which we have never been informed orally or written in the contract. We assume with that price, it would come in one piece. It also has obvious chip on the seam where they cut the granite and glue 2 pcs together. builder refuse to replace it. What are my options? House is closing next week.
