Q: I took a breathalyzer in one township.. and they said it was broken. Is it lawful to take me to another town to redo it
To me it sounds weird that it was broken at the time.. I had to take the test like 6 times. Things just dont feel right to me. please help. Thanks
A: Yes this is a common practice for police departments. The fact that you had to take it six times has no meaning and could have been that you did not blow enough air into the machine to get an accurate reading the 4 other times as they need 2 readings within .10 of each other. Good Luck
