Q: my verizon phone almost burnt down my home an verizon wont do anything what do i do?

i got my verizon phone in feb. when i got it i had to use tape to hold it together. an the first day of having the device i go to the store to exhange it but they say they cant then today it started to smoke an give off a bad oder it also melted its self on the back. it left a light burn make on my table. verizon wont help or anything. so what do i do? an plz note i am disabeld

A: It will likely be difficult to find a lawyer to take this case on a contingency basis. Take it to the store and show them the burnt phone. Perhaps they will supply you a new phone, and maybe even fix your table. You can search Google to see if others have reported similar problems.
