Second, there MAY be implications with the secretary of state who may, if they so choose, refuse to allow renewal of your license making it a crime to drive with an expired license.
Third and most significantly, if you have 5 unpaid tickets for red light camera violations, you WILL be suspended and driving after that would result in a misdemeanor driving on suspended license offense.
