Q: I am a citizen and my bf is an illegal from Guatemala what is the process ?
Hi, my boyfriend and I have plans of getting married in the near future however we are trying to figure out the important information for him obtaining his legal rights to be here . I'm a U.S. Citizen however he enter the U.S. Illegally . He had a clean record and has begun to pay his IRS with and ID number . Has not used any other names ! But what would be the smartest procedure in order for us to be able to marry and for him to Obtain legal documents to Be here . Will he have to go back ? Is there a law that may keep him from returning
