Q: Do the Florida Circuit Court accept the assignment of Subject Matter on a “Void for Vagueness” Challenge
I have a code in my FL City (North Port) that is so vague & ambiguous that no two people could ever come to the same conclusions after reading the words printed within this specific Municipal Code. In fact 2 City Employees came to opposing views so much so that the 1st closed a case and 7 months later another opened an identical case. So Im seeking a legal forum answer on where to file my Constitutional Challenges to this Code.
A: What you need to do is to go see a local attorney about this. I do not have enough facts to direct you otherwise. But, yes the Circuit Courts handle cases of this nature, and it depends upon the facts.
