Q: My question is if i hit someone on accident and driver of the other car has no license at all should i be ticketed
The woman in the other car had no license and who knows if had proof of insurance she said she was taking her mother to the er when obvious no body was injured 10 min after the accident same car same woman no license i had 4 other witness in the car at the time all saw it so should i been ticketed for someone that shouldnt been on road to begin with?
A: If you broke the law you can get a ticket. She should get charged with dwlrsc.
