Q: I had a search warrant for my house i went to jail officer give my key to the house to the girl that accused me
Ng her car which is my landlords daughter my girlfriend also lives with me and was there at the time I had things missing from my house call ed the police they say they didn't take anything so it must of been her why would the police give her the keys and not my girlfriend which is on the leases at this time I was taken to sub station then taken to jail officers then got a search warrant the officer told my girlfriend she had to leave till there done and the officer arrived at the house when he saw her my friend leaving the house and told her what was she doing in the house cause she missed up the crime scene he had told her before not to go in the House what should I do I am a disabled vet and need help I got the text's from the officer to my girlfriend that he give the keys to my friend to the house and my car
I just need help and I am also told to get out of the house cause the daughter wants to move in cause she is off house arrest and I do have a leases with the mother
