Q: My son was tboned entering a 5 lane hwy from a side road with a stop sign and flashing caution light for all directions
My son stopped and noticed auto #2 behind another car about 3/4 of a mile away when car number 2 passed the other car by changing lanes my son was half way into the turning lane and we believe car 2 was speeding and texting and his insurance had lapsed who is at fault here and should we hire a lawyer
