A: Hello Asker,

First, you need to IMMEDIATELY stop driving and pick up the phone to contact an attorney. From your question, it is clear that the police know your face or car and this harassment will only intensify. Speaking to a traffic attorney can allow you to address the underlying cause of your suspension and restore your privileges. Second, you are quickly approaching the point when even a traffic attorney cannot prevent a long term suspension or revocation. YOU MUST STOP DRIVING NOW. Third, regarding the penalty, this depends on your underlying cause of suspension. If it relates to a DUI or DUI related matter such as a statutory summary suspension, then the charges can quickly escalate to felony charges especially at the rate you are incurring them.

At a minimum, you should expect a fine and either significant community service or jail. At the rate you are going, these are the only realistic possibilities for outcomes if you are found guilty.

As I've stated, with three DWLS tickets in 4 weeks, you cannot afford to keep waiting to fix these issues. Call a traffic attorney immediately to have them review your case in a free consultation.

Hope that helps and let me know if you have further questions!

Sincerely,

Jason A. Wilkins
