Gibsonia, PA asked in Family Law for Pennsylvania

Q: Husband and I are separated. He locked me out of the house. All my belongings are in the house. Can he do this?

I was still paying bills on the house as of last week. I left to stay at my daughters August 2, 2015. He removed our new flat screen tv from

the house the last time I was in it. Police were call 3 different times about him, he uses drugs and recently flipped out on our daughter. What are my

rights getting back in the house (it's a rental -I paid the rent for 7-1/2 years)? I want my personal belongings, clothes and family inheritance items and to

split the furniture and other household items. I have nothing of his. And he wont let my daughter have her 16 year old cat back. We have papers from the vet showing it is her pet. He harasses me by texting me. Saying I won't get a new key if I don't respond to him. We are still legally married, he does not give me any support and threaten to also cut me

off his health insurance.
