Q: Am i in possession of drug contraband found during a warrant search of my home if i wasnt in home when search was done?

Just left my home and got stopped. I was informed of a search warrant of my home in which my brother was still present yet not residing. Upon the officers search drug contraband was located and seized. I am an admitted drug addict and this being my first encounter of this magnitude i became scared and to avoid my first time in jail i opted to speak of any drug dealers i know. After providing information to officers i was released to go home. I dont know my exact charges only what was foundin my home. The officer investigating required me to put his phone number in my phone and check in with him every morning. During the search my brother was arrested and jailed, i assume due to his probation and frequenting a house with drug contraband. What do i do?
