Q: Can a 13 year old be charged for kissing a 10 year old?
My wife caught our 13 year old kissing and "dry humping" our friend's 10 year old daughter. They were fully clothed and they stated there was no touching. I took my son to the police anyway, to have the seriousness of his actions sink in. The girl's parent's don't want charges. Can my soon still be charged?
