Q: Is the Post 9/11 GI BIll BAH benefits subject to garnishment for Child Support?
I am currently paying child support for my daughter that I have joint custody of. I know that VA Disability benefits are able to be garnished for child support but the court is trying to take my BAH from my GIBILL from me. I am a current full time student and the GI BIll pays my bills. Without that money I am screwed. Any advise or legal documents I can reference.
