Q: In Florida,driving a company vehicle, can the driver be sued for negligence in an accident if not found at fault ?
There were no working lights on vehicle in front of company vehicle when it made an abrupt slowing and right turn during a rainstorm and driver of company vehicle couldn't stop in time and struck the rear of other vehicle.
