Q: I stay in Jacksonville FL and my son dad stay in Orlando FL how do I get him in child support from here?
He only paid $25 once and act like that's enough. I asked him that I need money for my son medicine he hasn't given it to me and I know he works. I am currently unemployed because I recently graduated from the American Red Cross so I been waiting on interviews for my profession. I need help that's why I need my son dad to step up and help.
A: Have you filed a paternity case? If not, that is what to do. If you have filed a paternity case and child support has been ordered, you might be able to transfer to your county the enforcement. Go see the child support enforcement people at the department of revenue.
