Q: Left on a green car enters the intersection at the time the light turns red and hits me. Clearly hits me on red who bad.
Officer wrote me tickets and says the driver cleared the stop line prior to red. However, the stop line isn't visible in the video the light turns red just before the car comes into view and hits me after I went through three lanes and was actually completing the turn. Can't tell from the video if driver was texting but clearly didn't see me cross all those lanes.
