Clarksville, TN asked in Divorce for Tennessee

Q: During my divorce from my wife, I was in a lot of mental distress. I agreed to paying 25,000, after 2 years and 7 months

I have not payed due to complications with getting it from my mutual fund. Is there a statue of limitations on the time she was entitled to be payed? Also I feel the determination was unfair due to no equal division of marital property. Will I have to file an amendment and go to court? She also hid finances and property by putting it in our daughters name but it was bought with my money.
