Q: I told a lady giving away puppies I had ppl who wanted them so I got the 4 puppies and the homes fell through.
Can I put a Re homing fee on them since I had to pay for their shots, food, potties pads, wormer and puppy sitter whIle I'm at work? 2 of the homes worked out and 2 fell through. The lady is telling me I have to bring them back or she's calling the police. Can she do that now that I have money invested into the last 2 and she gave them away to me? already have 2 homed the day I got them ( gave for free to family like I told her)
