Memphis, TN asked in Divorce for Tennessee

Q: Complicated

Complicated situation: I'm a woman with 2 minor children and I've been separated for about a year and a half and already filed for divorce. My final hearing is at end of April 2016. Meanwhile 2 months back I got pregnant with my boyfriends baby. My husband doesn't know but has recently started asking me if I was pregnant as I have been having morning sickness. He even suggested that he may be the father since on Jan 2, 2016 I had sex with him during a break up with boyfriend (I only became pregnant in 2nd week of Feb so its definitely not his). But I'm back with my boyfriend now. What problems can I have in the final divorce hearing ? I don't want to disclose I'm pregnant as I will be 3 months pregnant then (got pregnant in second week of Feb 2016) . I'm very stressed out. I want out of this marriage! Please give your advice what I should do. My lawyer doesn't know about my pregnancy!

A: Hiding things from your attorney does nothing but put both of you in a vulnerable situation. Tell him or her immediately and discuss it with them.
