Q: Threatened to be fired if I do not attend a Union political rally for Hillary Clinton. Legal?
Union in Philadelphia is "requiring" their members to attend a political rally for Hillary Clinton. Is this legal? If I refuse to attend and I'm unjustly fired (which has been implied) will any lawyer be willing or capable to take a case on like this?
A: I do not think a union can force you to, and they also should not be able to fire you since they are not the employer.
