Q: expired product from mcdonalds
when ordering apple pies from mcdonalds, I was given expired apple pies which I did not realise until consuming. Same day night, I had stomach upset and other health issues like heavy stomach. Hence, my question is, can I sue mcdonalds for this deficiency of service and the health issues I had ?
A: The mere fact that the pies were expired does not mean that they had gone bad and thus were the cause of your distress. You would probably need to pay experts to testify on this issue. I suggest that you contact the manager and ask for something in compensation.
