Orlando, FL asked in Car Accidents for Florida

Q: I got hit by a car yesterday while on my bike but I didn't get her info. The paramedics did though so how do I get it?

I don't know what was going through my mind by missing her info. I should've also stuck around for when the cops showed up but I didn't I just went home after the paramedics checked on me. I was kinda lost and didn't know what to do and I thought I was fine at first but looking back my bike is messed up and I can't work for a few days to possibly a week so what can I do?

A: You can get a copy of the fire rescue report and the police report. It may be a few days before the reports are available. You can also contact a personal injury attorney for further guidance. Hopefully, the driver had insurance and the police report is favorable to your point of view / version of the facts. Good luck.
