Q: I have a question regarding copyright laws.
I am interested in starting a blog titled "When Words Run Dry" for commercial use. However, there is a poem titled "He and I" by Lang Leav that goes like this: "When words run dry, he does not try, nor do I. We are on par. He just is, I just am and we just are” This poem was published in a book in 2013. Do I have the right to name my blog this way or would it be coming in conflict with the author's copyright?
