hi there, i need help and i really dont know what to do in this matter, i have been harrased by the individual from California, she and I had short time relationship, i reside in New York and she resides in California, due to her behavior the whole nonsence has started.I do personal training (fitness), we met each other on media show, from there it lead somehow into the relationship, long 8 month painful relationship, i had an offer to do a fitness show, i asked just for the heck of it if she would like to be in it, she replied yes, i had an producer and the investor into this, nothing was written on paper it was only a verbal agreement, she asked me to help her out financially i sorta did a lil, then she started acting up after all this, long story short due her erratic behavior we had to cancel the show and she started with harassing calls, emails, and now served me with small claim lawsuit in CA, we dont owe her anything, what do I do, i have an ill mother and 11 y/o daugther
