Q: Are u liable for a car loaned to u if it had no insurance an u were not informed of that

Been about 2 yrs an nothing ever done he just found out i received a injury settlement

A: I have no idea what you are talking about. Someone loaned you a car, there was no insurance, and you were involved in an accident? If the accident resulted from your negligence, of course you are liable for the damage to the car.
