Q: Can a Medical Malpractice be Brought against a Psychiatrist?

My Psychiatrist Prescribed me 60 mg of Cymbalta that I had a Severe Allergic reaction Interaction too.That Caused a Severe Electrolyte imbalance and I Blacked Out and Feel down my Daughters Basement Steps and was Rushed to thee Hospital with Acute Subdural Hematoma and 7 Staples Put in my Head After a 2 Day Stay at thee Hospital I was Transferred to Rehabilitation Institution of St.Louis Mo for 6 Weeks of Physical,Speech. And Occupational Therapy.I Feel that my Psychiatrist Used Negligence when he Prescribed this Medication because it Could of been Prevented when he noticed thee Side Effects and Did not Stop thee. Medication instead he Increased the Dosage to 90mg He did not Stop thee Medication.
