Q: can you get in legal trouble if you are accused of a hit and run but you truthfully don't think you hit them & no damage
I dropped my coworker off at her house and proceeded home as usual and this morning I get woken up by my mom saying some angry man was beating on my coworkers door claiming I hit them but I don't think I even got close to anyone yesterday and there's no damage on my truck
A: Suggest that maybe someone else hit them.Maybe have someone look at your vehicle to show that there is no damage--if you need a witness for later.
