Q: What gonna happen if i got 3 speeding camera tickets? Are they inform me my driver license suspended?

A: Hello Asker,

NOPE. They will not do that. By law, red light camera tickets are not moving violations and are more closely related to parking tickets. That said, if you have at any given time 5 or more unpaid tickets, they may suspend your privileges until the entire balance and late fees are paid. My recommendation is that you pay them as soon as possible to avoid paying double in a late fee.

When it comes to that suspension rule, the rule is as follows:

A driver 21 years or older will be suspended if 1). he/she receives THREE moving violations 2). issued within TWELVE months of one another 3). for which convictions entered. If a driver is under 21, the rule is TWO instead of THREE violations and the period is TWENTY-FOUR instead of TWELVE.

You should be fine and shouldn't have a suspension pending so long as those were red light camera tickets and not instances were an officer stopped you and gave you a ticket.
