A: If you have a birth certificate and drivers license yes (but note--many drivers licenses do not track the exact spelling of the birth certificate). Check the rules for whichever county you want to get married in. Most say you need official identification if you don't have a Social Security number, but that can be a birth certificate or any other official identity type document. A passport is another good idea.
