Q: If a taxi driver is found liable for injuries his negligence caused a customer, what are some of the torts?

The taxi accelerated suddenly while customer was getting in cab and unintentionally injured the customer's hand. The taxi driver thought an oncoming vehicle was going to run into him so he panicked and accelerated from the curb
