Deerfield Beach, FL asked in Car Accidents for Florida

Q: I was in a Traffic Accident what Should I do now?

I was in an car accident we were in traffic and I was changing from the left lane to the middle lane. I was in the lane for 20-30 seconds but was only 75-85% in the lane. I singled before I came in and the car behind me allowed me to enter. I was waiting in the lane to pull forward to complete the change due to traffic. As I was in the lane a car had come and hit the front right fender of mine and continued to move forward scraping it. What should I do about talking to insurance about it.

A: Was there a police report? Youll want to see a copy of that. Sounds like you had position on the other vehicle but that is lilkey to be disputed. Contact a member of the Florida Justice Assn to get a free consult.
