Tries to kiss him a lot but he denies her because he's afraid of him being arrested. If she says it's okay can he legally do it?
A: In Colorado (and all other states) there is no law against people of differing ages kissing on the mouth. Kissing private places can be sexual assault in Colorado (assuming it is non-consensual). As for statutory rape, for minors over the age of 15 years old, can have a CONSENSUAL sexual relationship with a people up to 10 years older than the minor. In short, the 18 year old should not run afoul with a sexual assault charge provided that all contact is consensual.
