Q: can i file order for visitation myself through the courts myself and can i do it in the county i live or county of child

A: You can always represent yourself, there is no law requiring you to hire a lawyer. However, the court rules do not change, so you are held to the same standards as lawyers as far as procedures, evidence, etc. If you were having surgery, would you try to do it yourself? Best bet is to hire an expert.

If I understand your question, you want visitation/parenting time with your child. Most likely, you need to file in the county where you were divorced, and if you were never married, in the county where the child currently resides (Assuming the child has lived there continuously at least 6 months).
