A: If you file for divorce, child support will be established along with a parenting plan with time-sharing schedule. Also, Florida is a no-fault state and so you do not need a reason to file for divorce; however, his cheating may have an impact on the parenting plan/time-sharing schedule. You may also be entitled to exclusive use and possession of the marital home. You should really consult with a divorce attorney to address the specifics of your case so that a specifically tailored course of action can be developed. All the best.

A: As Attorney Tomshinsky stated, Florida is a no fault state, therefore the fact that he cheated on you is of no relevance. You will get your divorce and child support will be apportioned.
