Q: I was in an accident and I am being held responsible when it was another vehicle that hit me causing me to lose control?
On the police report it states there were three vehicles involved. I told the police 5 because the one vehicle that hit me was not there at the scene but three others were and including myself makes four I assumed that they were all involved. So it might seem now as if I am lying if I want the report amended.
