Ellwood City, PA asked in Civil Rights and Family Law for Pennsylvania

Q: are these grounds to file misconduct of a judged or mental compensation of the judge?

i went to court and the papers the judge sent that gave the factors for her ruling were incorrect from what was state at the trial . one of the main factors for her decision was that i said i am a lawyer and notary in germany that they are the same thing. in the papers she stated that they are not the same thing that i was not creditable because of my statement but they are the same thing in germany its not like america. im not sure what to do it seems the judge is having a mental breakdown

A: You do have the right to appeal the Judge's decision to the Superior Court: you have 30 days from the date of the Order to file a Notice of Appeal. I would encourage you to consult with an attorney about this.

The Appeal will be based on the particular facts of your case: it is about your children, not about the Judge. If she got some of the facts wrong, that might be a basis to appeal her decision, but it would not be a basis to file a misconduct complaint against the Judge.
