Q: What is the law as it pertains to change in divorce custody, and is it set legally in Georgia every 2 years?
This is a modification I know, but can my ex wife revisit custody every 2 years???

This is one of those questions that are best brought to a divorce lawyer in your city and, in fact, who frequently appears in that specific court.
