Q: My husband was driving without a license and hit another car

-- how many times can the insurance agency of the other driver come after him? We've already paid their deductible, but now they want even more money.

A: I'm assuming he's at fault. If he had insurance run it through the insurance. If he didn't he should consult an attorney--if he pays the insurance company for the other driver then he should get a release and needs a professional to instruct himon that, if he needs to, how he plans for what financial fallout can happen. If he/you are judgment proof may no mean anything. If you have assets to protect, that's another reason to talk to a lawyer. Yes it costs but cheaper in the longrun..
