Q: Is she able to press charges for international cyberbullying? What can we do to get her peace of mind back?
Good afternoon, my friend lives in UK and has been harassed and threatened by a man that she has been "friends" with for around a year. Now she can barely sleep and feels as though she is unsafe in her home in a different country. I was wondering what her options were since she lives in a different country.

A: There is no international law or international court that would cover this. She could talk to the local authorities in the United States or if the man is in the United States, the local police or prosecutor there.
