I filed a report at the store. Went the next day and had an x-ray. Have my own pictures. Do I have a good case for liability?
A: It will be difficult to prove if you didn't file a report with the store because they'll just deny that the injury occurred at the store and you don't have anything to prove it with. That being said, contact a local personal injury lawyer as soon as possible to discuss your case further.
