Aliquippa, PA asked in Child Custody, Domestic Violence and Family Law for Pennsylvania

Q: I need help in writing a brief that is due by April 7th. Is there anyone out there who can help? Safety of a minor child

My daughter has been abused sexually, physically, verbally, and mentally. I recently file Pro Se with the Superior Court of PA. I live in Beaver County. I understand why no one will represent me in my county. I need representation. I am at the point where I need to file the "brief" by April 7th. I do understand how to write it. There are to many details to go into through this website. I did take my case to an attorney outside my county. They agreed that I do have enough to appeal. I have only made a 2 mistake's while filing the appeal. The brief might be simple but could be complicated. I need help in writing the brief. My daughter was molested at the age of 4 by her 12 yr old half sister. The father knows, It was reported. I followed the proper chain of command when reporting. I also called the State and reported this. The reason why no one believed me is because I am in recovery and at the time this happened I was not in recovery and have been "Stigmatized" as the "Alcoholic" mother

A: Go to your local law library and the librarians can assist you in getting samples of briefs. Your local bar association or the Court house also have a lawyer referral program where you can find an attorney as well.
