Q: How to fight a DUI/drugs charged on ur first offense

I had went the the emergency room for a headache that I had for a couple of day the emergency room gave me a shot of a drug called demoral/finigin after the drug was administered they had imformed me I wasn't able to leave until after 30 minutes while I was waiting a city police had walked by my room and had waived at me afterwards I had been discharged and was walking to my car the same officer was sitting in his car when I had got in my vehicle and left the officer had followed me for the hospital until I had gotten pulled over upon him coming to my window he had ask me why I was being pulled over I had told him yeah because he had been following me since I left the hospital he had then begun to tell me he was pulling me over for DUI drugs and had already told me I was being arrested then he done the field test which he claims I failed I feel like I was being set up because he had seen me in the er room and had followed me and I never showed no indication I was incapable of driving
