Falls Church, VA asked in Landlord - Tenant for Virginia

Q: Had a guest over from about 10pm to 3am for about 3 nights a week. Would this guest be considered an overnight guest?

Note: Guest had a child to whom they had to be home for which is why they couldn't stay the entire night.

Language on Lease:

OCCUPANTS: Guest(s) staying in the rental for more than 2 consecutive days, or a total of over 6 days in any 6 month period, is considered a resident. If done so without the written consent of OWNER shall be considered a breach of this agreement. ONLY the following individuals and/no animals, AND NO OTHERS shall occupy the subject residence for more than 2 days unless the expressed written consent of OWNER obtained in advance. Two (2) or more days, Tenant will pay $30.00 per day.
