Q: Car accident drama,

My license was suspended for failure to provide insurance, and I was in a car accident which was not my fault however I was unresponsive at the scene and the other driver ended up lying about what actually took place and I ended up with the ticket. Now she got a lawyer and their trying to sue me. What can I do ?

A: If I understand your question correctly, you do not have insurance and you are being sued for an accident.

If you do not have insurance, then your only recourse is to hire an attorney to defend the case. If you did have insurance, then the insurance company would have defended the case.

A: You need to get photos of your car, hers. You need to Contact a member of the Fla. Justice

Assn as you had injuries and if it's not your fault you may have a case--they give free consults. Do notdiscuss this , your injuries on any social media or website. If other lawyer calls take his contact info, name, say "I can't talk to you now, I'm in the process of contacting an attorney.".
